Welcome To More Than Coffee

Service is not a department; It's an attitude.
More Than Coffee is a unique business venture, owned by the 501c3 charity, Extreme St. Louis Charitable Foundation! The founder, Sam Malek runs this business and contributes portions of his profits to helping others who need a helping hand.

Sam started "More Than Coffee" in 2003 and has been operating out of the new shop since April 9, 2007. Many thanks to Extreme Makeover Home Edition for our beautiful building!

Our mission is to help people. Please check out our video which explains how "More Than Coffee" glorifies God by training young adults to learn to work. They are taught a solid work ethic through hands-on training from caring teachers: video

On Saturday, April 9, 2016 More Than Coffee celebrated its 9-Year Anniversary. We celebrated 9 years of ministry to our special needs kids. It is truly been a blessing to serve these families.

In these past 12 years, More Than Coffee has helped more than 81 physically and mentally challenged individuals obtain gainful employment in our community. More Than Coffee also contributes to a variety of charities; to date Sam has helped more than 40 local charities with his coffee based ministry. A devout Christian, Sam does not look for recognition, but would appreciate your support and is willing to work hard to earn your business..

For more information about the work we do for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, please visit the “About Us” page.

Come on by and get some of the best coffee and food in town – and know that by patronizing Sam’s business – you are also doing your part to help others who are in need. Have a wonderful day! God Bless You!
